All you'd need for this are:

Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or pour into a freezer safe container with a lid and freeze for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Next we have lined up
2. Vegan bancakes
It's a pancake involving pancakes and is totally vegan.
We will require following ingredients for the recipe:
?1 cup rolled oats
?1 cup soy milk (or your fave non-dairy)
?? cup wholemeal flour
?2 tsp baking powder
?1 pinch salt
?1 ripe, med-sized banana
?2 tbsp olive oil (or coconut oil work great)
?2 tbsp chia seeds
Put all the items into a large bowl and blend them using a hand blender.
Spray or drizzle oil in a non-stick pan, and spread around with a paper towel. Heat on a low-medium heat (don’t go higher!).
Pour in a small amount of the batter. The pancakes should be small and thick (see our pics for an idea).
Pop a lid on and let the pancake cook gently. When the side facing you starts to bubble, the other side is done. Time to flip! A spatula is easiest.
Once flipped, let the other side cook too. Have a peek at the underside using the spatula after a minute or so. When it’s nice and brown (but not burnt!) it’s ready. Woo!
Repeat. If you have a large pan then it’s possible to cook two or three small pancakes at the same time. Alternatively, if you’re feeling particularly flash then you can cook with two pans at the same time too. Serve straight away or stack the pancakes on a plate in a warm oven ‘til you’re ready to eat.
And last but not the least we have
It's an easy yet delicious cookie that can be easily made at home
?2 ripe banana
?1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats work really well)
Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)
Get a bowl and and mash the bananas until they’re mushy
Add the cup of oats and any of the optional ingredients
Stir until everything is nicely mixed
Put baking paper on the tray so the cookies don’t stick. If you don’t have that make sure to grease the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you’re vegan)
To make the cookie shape just grab a spoon and scoop a decent amount from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did in the photo above. It’s super quick and easy.
Off it goes into the oven for about 15 – 20 minutes.
All these recipes are not only delicious, good to keep up the fitness
But also can be prepared in no time
Keep up the healthy eating habits. ?
